All bookings are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of written or verbal confirmation from Blackurban. We reserve the right to refuse any booking at our discretion.
Payment is due at the time of service unless a corporate account arrangement is in place. We accept major credit cards and e-transfers. Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice.
Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner. We reserve the right to terminate a ride without refund if passengers engage in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.
Blackurban is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. We carry full commercial liability insurance as required by Ontario law.
